InvForge is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application providing digital invoice builders and programmatic API triggers. All subscriptions and payments are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly required by law.
You can cancel your paid subscription plan at any time. When you cancel, your account remains active on the paid tier until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.
If you experience technical issues or outages that prevent you from generating invoices or programmatically triggering the API for more than 48 consecutive hours, please contact [email protected]. We assess exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
