Organize billing workflows across separate workspaces, control member access, and customize invoice presentation profiles.
Workspaces
Workspaces are completely segregated environments. Invoices, client directories, webhooks, and API keys created in one workspace are inaccessible from other locations. Users can switch between multiple workspaces via the account drop-down.
Team Roles
Teammates can be assigned one of three access roles:
- Owner: Complete administrative control, workspace deletion, and subscription updates.
- Admin: Full API token configuration, webhook management, and teammate invitations.
- Member: Read and write invoices or clients, but cannot view API keys or adjust organization integrations.
Automatic Numbering
InvForge handles concurrent invoice generation smoothly using serialize transactions. Choose **Auto-numbering** inside settings to define prefix codes (e.g. INV-), suffix tags, minimum pad lengths, and the next sequence number.
Branding & Layouts
Establish professional visual standards. Upload your business logo, select primary/accent brand colors, and pick from default templates (Classic, Modern, Minimal, or Bold) to format PDF files generated for your clients.
